RenovationsMy wife and I bought a wonderful home in Osterville a few years ago. It was in fine condition but was also ready for some upgrades. We liked many of the tradition elements to the home, but also knew that we had to make some adjustments to adapt to the needs of our young family. We had worked with Nick in our previous home and had been extremely satisfied with the intelligent approach to problem solving, and quality of craftsmanship.

Nick has a terrific crew that has been with him for years and, when necessary, has sub-contractors that are as honest and hard working as Nick and his crew. As far as the billing and back office is concerned, there is always a friendly and informed voice when you call with questions. The fair cost associated with the highest quality craftsmanship is rare these days. I think it has to do with the fact that a project with Lagadinos Building and Design is typically the beginning of a long and happy experience. We remain extremely happy with our home and realize that the decisions we made 7 years ago have held up quite well over time... Pete & Nancy
click on image to enlarge Nick Lagadinos is the best contractor I have ever worked with-by far. He delivers great quality, is creative about design, and is sensitive to budget. He is also very communicative, which I came to understand, is critical to making sure you get what you want. From daily e-mails to digital photos during key phases of our project, he kept me totally involved and informed. He has set the gold standard for me in what I look for, and my only complaint is that he does not work in Boston! Micho
