Completed Renovation Projects
With Lagadinos Building and Design, we had none of them: the
nightmare stories of change orders, overruns, questionable workmanship,
and failure to follow-up. On the contrary, our experience was
virtually without any "bumps in the road."

Most remarkably, we successfully completed two
major renovations of our home and we were 1800 miles away in
Dallas. This is not traceable to us but to the professionalism,
absolute integrity, good taste, and creativity of Nick and his
terrific team! It is not an exaggeration to say that the whole
experience was even "fun"-we received
weekly email photos by which we were able to easily track progress.
In summary, there are any number of superlatives that we could
use to apply to our experience with Nick; none is more important
to us than the deep integrity that was evident throughout the
entire time. Our projects were finished on time, on budget and
the end result was even better than we had imagined it would
be!

I am pleased to take a moment to tell you about my experience
working with Lagadinos Building & Design. A company is defined
by its Management, and you will not find a more conscientious,
and ethical man than Nick Lagadinos.
Nick renovated the kitchen and family room in my 1875 house in
2002, designed and constructed a garage with guest quarters in
2004 and designed and constructed a Master bedroom suite with deck
and basement in 2005. People actually stop in front of my home
to tell me how beautiful it looks and how the house and garage
look like they have always been there.

The attention to Architectural detail and sensitivity to the history
of my home was captured and respected. From creating matching bead
board and a template of my Mansard roof line to the location of
the garage to preserve my garden, Nick was sensitive and imaginative
in his approach to these important (to me) details.
Nick's employees are professionalswho support his high standards
and who respect your time and money. His projects are always on
time and on budget. When you call the business office, Nick or
Lisa always return your call in a timely and professional matter
and by the end of your job they will be your friends for life.
I interviewed many builders before deciding to work with Nick,
and he is, in my opinion, the best builder on the Cape.
