Principal: Nick Lagadinos

After graduating from Middlebury College with a degree in economics and biology Nick Lagadinos moved to Cape Cod in 1980 to pursue his passion for building. His experience extends back to 1970 summers working as a carpenter while in High School and College. He started his business building and selling single family homes.

He has experience in all phases of residential and light commercial construction, additions and renovations. Project sizes have ranged from small additions and renovations to multi-million dollar homes and commercial projects.

At Lagadinos Building and Design Inc., a successful project begins with communication and trust. The project size or complexity is not relavant. Customer satisfaction is the key. Nick’s straight forward style helps his customers solve problems creatively and responsibly. Our mission is to create relationships.

A customer is a customer for life and repeat business is a natural progression of that relationship.
